On February 1st we lost our beautiful niece Krista to pancreatic cancer. She had just turned 29. Her husband Simon and many others walked in the Ottawa 5K Walk in May to raise money for the Ottawa Hospital's StrongWomen program where Krista was a much loved trainer.
